Elle

Elle recently found her way back to Animal Haven through no fault of her own. While transitions can be difficult for a sensitive cat, she’s still the gentle, loving girl that we remember. At first, Elle can be a bit of a wallflower; new environments and unfamiliar people make her shy, and she prefers to take her time observing. But once she realizes she’s safe, she's an entirely different cat! Elle is very affectionate once she knows she can trust you. She adores attention, gentle pets, and being near her person. She loves head and chin scratches, which often turn into purring,rolling around and showing you her tummy. She also is open to having a feline friend, but would do well on her own, too! Elle is looking for a patient adopter who understands that some of the most special cats simply need a little time. Once she feels secure, the love and loyalty she gives in return is truly rewarding. All she needs is a home where she can feel safe again, and someone willing to let her heart unfold at its own pace.
