King Casper

When one of our fosters reached out about King Casper, we could hardly believe what she shared with us: Neighbors said he had been tied up to a fire escape with a shoe lace. He had apparently been there for two weeks, through brutal heat and pouring rain. Our foster was able to contact the tenant who gladly gave up King Casper. Somehow, he is in okay condition and survived the elements on that fire escape. To make his situation even more heartbreaking, he is incredibly sweet and clearly craves human attention. King Casper is absolutely darling and deserves a loving indoor home where he can live up to his new name and be treated like a king! Adopt King Casper!
