Wallflower
Good with Cats
Wonder Wheel was just a kitten when he was rescued by one of our staff last winter, right before the cold front hit.
Wonder Wheel has made a lot of progress compared to his brothers and has come a long way since the terrified kitten he was found as. Wonder Wheel is curious and inquisitive, but overall an independent guy. He will sometimes greet visitors to see if they have some snacks, but mostly keeps to himself hangs with his sister, Seaside Swing.
He begrudgingly enjoys head scratches and will even lean in for a chin scratch on occasion. Surprisingly, he's even done well with medications when he caught a cold, something many cats have been less happy about!
Wonder Wheel will likely need a bit of time to settle into a new space, so don't expect him to be outgoing early on. He does well with other cats and would likely make a great companion to another cat or on his own. He is also fond of his sister, Seaside Swing, who has also made great progress.
If you're open to taking a bit of extra time with a gentle and curious cat who is learning to love, please visit him and his siblings at Animal Haven or inquire to learn more!
