Amora

Amora is looking for a home to call her own. Could it be yours? This petite girl came to NYC from Puerto Rico, which is unfortunately overwhelmed with stray dogs. Amora was pregnant, and gave birth to 3 healthy puppies after arriving in NYC. She raised her pups big and strong, and is now at Animal Haven awaiting her new family! Amora is oh-so-sweet but a bit nervous in new situations. She loves people and will approach with a wagging tail (and some face kisses, if you’re up for it). We have a feeling that once Amora is in a more stable home environment, she will truly blossom! Before coming to Animal Haven, Amora was in a home with several other dogs, as well as cats and children. She should do well in most homes, as long as her people are willing to let this sweet girl take things at her own pace. Adopt Amora!
