McGruff was found tied up on the LES. His finder was hopeful that someone would return for him, but they never did, they brought him to Animal Haven to check if he had a chip. Unfortunately, he didn't have a chip or any identification, it's most likely he was abandoned. No one came forward during his stray hold, so he's up for adoption at Animal Haven!
