Luca

Luca was tied to a fence and abandoned in the freezing cold, just days before Thanksgiving. Completely emaciated, his spine and hips were protruding underneath his thin, flakey skin, his paw pads were raw from urine burn, his nails were overgrown, and many of his teeth were mysteriously broken. Around his neck was a heavy collar, that weighed his head - and his spirit - down. Despite his horrific state, his tail still wags for attention and he's still eager to greet every passerby with his warm eyes and crooked smile.
