Liddya

Liddya was one of dozens of dogs who were left with an uncertain future after their shelter in the Bahamas was forced to shut down. The big city is obviously a lot different than the chill island vibe, and it was an adjustment getting them used to the sights and sounds of NYC. But Liddya has taken to the streets and has been walking well on leash! She is a sweet and gentle girl now that she knows she's safe and in good hands. While a quieter neighborhood may be best to help her build her confidence outside further, we hope her future adopters are patient and understanding while she learns how to be a city dog. Liddya may have started out shy but we know she'll continue to blossom with TLC! Come visit Liddya at Animal Haven!
