Year End Gifts Are Matched!

Imagine being abandoned days before Christmas after 14 long years with your family. For animals like Morris, they don’t have to imagine - it’s his reality. Sadly, his story isn’t unique. More and more animals are facing homelessness, and shelters across the country are struggling to keep up.

This year tested us in ways we couldn’t have imagined. We saw more animals surrendered as families faced heartbreaking financial hardship. More pets arrived with complex medical needs, untreated injuries, and stories marked by neglect. The need was constant, urgent, and often overwhelming. Yet again and again, because of compassionate supporters like you, we said yes when it would have been easier to turn away.

And the challenges aren’t easing. As we look toward 2026, we know the number of animals needing refuge, medical care, and second chances will only grow. That’s why this moment matters so much.
