Peachy

When our team saw Peachy listed as needing transfer from an overcrowded southern shelter, we took a chance despite her status as heartworm positive. Since heartworm positive dogs need to stay calm during treatment, it can sometimes take a bit longer to find them homes. Not so with Peachy! This total sweetheart charmed her way into a new home within a couple weeks, and we're so happy to hear that she's settling in. Her adopters shared, "We changed Peachy's name to Jolene - our Southern Belle. We're already in love with her. She's settling in beautifully."
