Burrito
Itty bitty Burrito arrived at Animal Haven from an overcrowded shelter in Louisiana, where she was sadly overlooked. We were smitten by her tiny button ears, stubby tail, and BIG personality (which, true to her terrier nature, sometimes resulted in Burrito being a little nippy!) That made it even more important to find the right home for this petite gal. Soon enough, a family came along and found Burrito just as cute as we did—quirks and all!
Burrito's adopters recently reached out to celebrate 1 year since adoption. They told us: “When we first met her we immediately fell in love. Almost a year later and little Burrito doesn’t have the nipping issues thanks to lots of positive reinforcement and lots of play time at the dog park. Nowadays Burrito loves to explore new parts of the city, nap with mom and dad in the sun light and hang out with us on the couch while we proofread dad’s scripts. She is a very happy and active dog and loves explore.
“We couldn’t have been more happy with finding her and we couldn’t be more grateful from all of the hard and amazing work from everyone at Animal Haven.”
